    I don't understand why you you have to do these type of exercises when all you have to do is run as fast as you can and move your hands up in the air with jumping jacks. As long as you're jumping really fast or running out it really fast. Why all the different types of exercises? Jumping is jumping it doesn't matter is long as you're moving your arms in your legs and you don't have to do it a certain way? Love to hear from you, Carrie
