• For optical weight loss, is there a minimum time one should rebound daily? (2:05)

• I am 68 and an avid tennis player…just got over rotator cuff surgery and was back on court in 4 months…now to my dismay, I have a torn meniscus. I’m still playing tennis with the help of a cortisone shot but surgery looks like it is on the horizon. My question is, will using the Cellerciser be ok if I wear a sleeve on my knee. I can’t imagine it would make it any worse then running around on a tennis court. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. (21:13)

– What can be done for a herniated disc? (10:40)
– My rotator cuff small tears are better. My doctor said they will always be there. I guess they don’t fully heal. How do I get started bounding? Should I keep my arm close to my body? I am worried about it being jarring. Wondering if bounding will hurt or help. (14:22)
