    USUALLY 4 TIMES PER WEEK. I LIKE TO HAVE A DAY OF REST BETWEEN SESSIONS. SOMETIMES I JUST DO THE HEALTH BOUNCE OR LIGHT BOUNCING ON THE OFF DAYS, BUT NOT A FULL ON SURGE SESSION. THANKS FOR THE QUESTION.
