If you don’t have a resistance band, no worries! Grab some light weights, and you’re set to go. 4 moves, 3 sets each
1. Bicep curl to overhead press (3 sets, 10 reps each)
2. Chest squeeze (3 sets, 10 reps each)
3. Lateral arm raise (3 sets, 10 reps each)
4. Tricep raise (2 sets, one on each side, 30 reps each side)
