– What can be done for a herniated disc? (10:40)
– My rotator cuff small tears are better. My doctor said they will always be there. I guess they don’t fully heal. How do I get started bounding? Should I keep my arm close to my body? I am worried about it being jarring. Wondering if bounding will hurt or help. (14:22)
