    Hello Dave, i having been watching all of your videos for about 2 months now. Just now, i was bouncing on my rebounder (no unfortunately it is not a cellerciser, but one day…) listening to this video about your wife and i almost fell off. I am so sorry for your loss.     David, Am recommending the first book out of the three written by Pete Egoscue while fully understanding your ability to avoid surgery. I would expect you would appreciate this man (you can see him in his videos). This is his most technical book and I wouldn't recommend it for most friends.
