David first of all let me say that you appear to be in excellent shape for a man of about 63 in this video. Excellent job.

I did happen to notice that your arms aren’t nearly as pumped up as they were on the dvd that I received with my cellerciser when you were about 52 or so.

I’m curious as to whether the arms size loss can literally be attributed to age alone?

    Or

Have you been forced to cut back on the cellerciser for some other reason?

Ultimately I would like to see you accept this as a challenge to pump back up equal to or better than you were at 52.

If this is simply attributed to age I’d like to know.

If you accept or reject my challenge , I’d like to know which choice you will make and WHY.

I am and have always been absolutley fascinated with the idea of fighting aging with the right kind of safe and consistent exercise over the course of a lifetime.

I always laugh when people go through this whole long list of things you should do when, REALLY, who needs cellercising more than people who don't EAT right?!?! I eat what I want, drink coffee and smoke. I have no health issues – now that the bouncing has restored the strength I lost with Covid – other than byproducts of those months of weakness and, even that, I suspect, was aggravated and extended due to my concern about it. I've never been a worrier and, even when I was in hospital, emaciated with a large tumor they were removing, each shift of nurses changed my monitors because they assumed they weren't working because everything was fine. BETTER than fine, for my age. And I think that's because I wasn't a worrier because It absolutely was NOT because I exercise and eat right, because I don't – and never have – LOL!

Even in hospital, I was fascinated by it all, rather than concerned. Surgery – no problems. Recovery – fast with no problems. But the weakness after Covid, THAT worried me because I'd broken my foot the year before and realized that if I'd broken my foot AFTER Covid, I would not have been able to live on my own and THAT clobbered me because I realized I was at the point of the dreaded choice of either living with my daughter or going into a nursing home and burdening my daughter with that wasn't an option so I was one small incident from the nursing home and profoundly unsteady on my feet. It was coming. Quickly. It was just a matter of how soon. But, of course, THEN – MR. HALL!!! YEAH!!!

Now I'm back to happy and without concern!! And I haven't even received my Cellerciser yet!! Tomorrow!! I've been bouncing on the edge of my bed and baby bouncing on my old rebounder for a couple of weeks and have regained all the strength I just couldn't get back after Covid and THEN some! And, most importantly, I am ROCK solid on my feet! More solid than I ever remember being! And I'm your age and flabbergasted by that!! completely and utterly blown away. And TOMORROW – WOOHOO! My Cellerciser is due to arrive!!! Yeah!!

I looked at all of them and chose Cellerciser because of my age, my love of EFFECTIVE engineering and my new, "not-a-fad" view of bouncing. I do not care what color it is. If it makes noise, I'll oil it. I just want something that works, works safely and effectively and will last. If I get tired of looking at it, I'll paint it or otherwise dress it up, but I doubt that'll be an issue, just from an engineering standpoint. I love function and the look of things that work IS art. To ME, anyway. I'll probably engineer some balance bar attachments and other accessories but THAT sort of thing is just one of my definitions of FUN so…ROFL!
