Learn the Proven Science Behind Rebounding!
Before beginning any exercise routine, you should consult with your Doctor. The Cellerciser helps expose weaknesses, so if you feel pain or discomfort while using the Cellerciser, consult with your Doctor. Your Doctor may also give Dave Hall a call for various Cellercise techniques that they may consider. You may also give Dave Hall a call and he can share with you techniques that you can consult with your Doctor on. The DVD, “Cellercise…the Ultimate Exercise!” personal trainer section may also be referenced by your Doctor. Dave Hall has 30 years experience working with doctors and health practitioners and is happy to consult with yours. We want you to have a growing and healthful experience.

Thank you, Dave!
I’m in love with the cellerciser
I’d like to write a good review for you to read
Love my Cellerciser and look forward to your videos. However it wasn't until minute 11 of this video that the sound was loud enough to hear.
I’d like a round rug like you have to put under my cellerciser. Will you ever sell them?
Can't wait for the monitor. Please let us know the second it's available!
Tip for older ladies and anyone older or who has lost a lot of weight or has some other reason for loose skin – wear compression leggings, a long sleeve compression shirt AND a neck and chin strap. Not tight, but supportive. It won't interfere with the "exercise" as you're still bouncing all of the muscles and you can't interfere with that even if you tried but loose skin and breasts won't be pulled, repeatedly stretched, jarred or otherwise damaged by the repeating increase in gravity PLUS it will also provide support to your internal organs so they ALSO don't suffer from repeated stretching of connective tissue or jarring. It's like encasing your body in younger, tighter skin to give the skin an opportunity to catch up and tone up along with the muscles rather than being stretched and pulled, unsupported and downward by "the gravity of the situation". Give the skin its own opportunity to tone up its muscle and connective tissue before you bounce it with increased gravity. The compression leggings may also provide support for prolapse situations.
