    Here's something to support what Dave just said (minute 27:45) about prolapses in women. This is by the Naturopath Barbara O'Neill who let's us know about the value of High Intensity Interval Training: "Muscle knows no age, whether you are 9 or 90 you can have strong muscles. Exercise is the preservative! Bladder prolapses and uterine prolapses are not necessary! Muscles are soft and weak due to no exercise and will not hold up."
