It is your kind heart and generos spirit in teaching information that made me buy cellerciser above all the other brands available. Thank you for truly caring about your fellow Man.

I love my Cellerciser. It is taking me ages to break into using it due to foot & ankle & calf cramps coming on during the day and night (age 77). Nothing prepared me for this. After realizing I had to return to square one I've been working on pre-Cellercise stretches, ankle & calf massages, drinking more water and taking more salt, and not doing more than a few minutes at a time on the Cellerciser. It could be my digestive issues keep me from being all that healthy. I think you once said that Cellercising can expose your weak points! I don't eat fast-acting carbs or sweets, and take supplements including magnesium. My Cellerciser is in the middle of the living room exactly where I like it! Thank you for listening. Will accept any advice!! 🍃🍀🍃

It seems the Cellerciser is like a ROM. "Adjusting" to the optimal response for any weight, ability and even the intensity the user "asks" it to accommodate, automatically. Plus improved range of motion? It's a no-brainer. I can't afford a ROM. And even if I could, I would rather buy the dozen top of the line Cellercisers for friends and family that I could get for the cost of one.

NOTE: Don't use WD-40 on the springs. It's not a lubricant, will dry up AND dry the springs which will create noise and increase friction. 3-in-one and good quality sewing machine oil both come in small, hand-sized cans and bottles that are designed to dispense single drops of high-grade lubricating oil in tiny tight places – i.e. no mess, no worries.

Dave rocks! Doesn't he? Awesome. Thank you Mr. Hall!!

Love the info! Thank you!! Suggestion: Instead of selling an APP and a thing to watch it, Why not just have your classes on YouTube? I'd only watch it on my TV. But thanks for the info. ps. People make lots of money on Youtube with likes and subscribes. 🙂
