    I haven't used my mini tramp in a long time! Good thing mine has a bar on it! Grabbed it a few times. 😉 Now, on to run around in the dungeon! Also, did you know rebounding is great for the immune system? I learned this when I was going through my stem cell transplant and heard that some children cancer hospitals have mini tramps in rooms for kids to bounce on. Given my immunity still struggles, 12 years later (Thank God for 12 years later!), I need to bounce more! SFG!

    This is like my dream workout: all cardio, no rest and designed for the trampoline! I started the day planning on trying your new Nonstop CARDIO + WEIGHTS routine using my trampoline of course. Now I am completely excited to try both later today.

    This was fun and I was able to increase the intensity on a couple of moves today. I am glad to not have to do HIIT to get a good workout (burpees hurt my back).I have subscribed, you are a doll.
