Interval timer is set for 45 seconds – there is NO REST! Complete the circuit twice.

    oh boy! fast and fun and of course sweaty! I finished the work out with the drinky bird and talking about noddle legs ,I had them and started off with my dominate leg,oops. This was good,Thanks Pahla <3

    Could you please add a link to the rebounder you use?? Thanks so much. I can't wait to try this workout after the top feet heel from running on the balls of my feet indoors barefooted. It's been 2 weeks now.

    I was thinking, only 10 minutes? That's not gonna be enough of a workout for me… Ha! Get behind me, Satan! Plenty of muscle soreness right there, but I will add the HIIT workout 🙂
