    I can't do this at all yet. In my overweight condition, I have trouble even standing on one leg while holding a leg behind me. Trying to figure out some tricks of the trade, so I can build up. Might just have to wait until the pounds start coming off. The muscles are certainly appearing. Does anyone know how many calories are burned with an energetic health bounce for about 50 minutes? My weight is about 250.
