    Nice video! As a gym owner please put information about the first two exercises. You never want to let your knees go in front of your toes. It puts too much pressure on your knees and can damage them.

    Ladies, a word of caution – it is a potentially very effective workout but only for those without any knee issues whatsoever. I am relatively fit but because I have suffered repetitive sport-related knee injuries your workout, especially the kneeling and squatting, would "kill" me on the spot.
