Circuits are great for adding fun and variety to your program. Try this mini-circuit that uses 4 exercises, targeting the lower body, upper body, core and cardio conditioning.
Perform each exercise for approximately 30-60 seconds, before moving onto the next exercise. Complete all four and then take a recovery break before repeating the set 2-3 times.
Exercise 1: Side to Side Lateral Hops:
With good intensity and movement control, jump from side to side continuously.
Exercise 2: Bounding:
Leap from 2 feet from the floor onto the JFT. Switch the lead leg as you exit.
Exercise 3: Plyo push ups:
In a straight arm position, bounce the arms in and out. Include the legs to match the arm movement.
Exercise 4: Plank:
Maintain a good plank position while activating the core
