    Hi guys, here’s 5 new ball mastery exercises to improve your close control. Here are the time stamps for each drill:
    One – 0:10
    Two – 1:57
    Three – 3:44
    Four – 5:31
    Five – 7:30
    Start slowly increase the speed once you gain confidence and try to complete each one for 40-60 seconds. For a full workout, repeat each one 3 times.

    Very helpful video as always. I have an important question. I noticed that a big difference between amateurs and pros is that pros are able to train and perform faster, more efficent and overall with huge intensity. How can amateurs reach that faster? Maybe you could even do a video about it. I think this is very important. What do you think about that?
