    Wow. So fast and highly motivating. Saw areas that still are a challenge and others I adjusted up. Second riser on bench and increased weights. Rebounder is too much fun to be exercise and yet it gets my heart rate up. Love it. Challenging. ??

    I really liked giving muscle groups some recovery time between strength and core exercises. I often feel like I burn out early when I concentrate on one part of my body for 5 minutes in a row. But I am getting so much stronger as the month goes on.
