    Yes thank you for this! I've got no equipment or Dumbbells and I love no repeat HIIT workouts, which are longer than half an hour, so this is all in one for me xD just what I needed today 😀

    I was on the floor just listening to the instructions….when u said gorilla pushups…hit ur chest…well…i did it with both hands and landed on my face?????. I am ok..it was just so funny…love u Tracy…thank u for this…once again..i am thrilled that u are safe after the car slide.??

    Had to go back and try the Army Roll after the workout. Have never done those before. Fun! And for some reason, when you said Spider-Man Crunch, I thought of a breakfast cereal… ? Lack of oxygen to the brain! You always keep me on my toes!
