    I love this workout and that it's short. it's perfect for me being a mother of a two year old. the only thing is I just got my first rebounded and I can't bounce as fast as you. Im out of shape. is that the reason or my rebounder? is there a slower workout I can do to keep up? I just don't bounce as fast as you ?

    Do you know of any good bungee rebounders for the financially challenged lol. Have you ever tried the leaps and rebounds rebounder? Im wondering how it compares to bellicon. Im a college student with a couple of health issues trying to get my weight in check but i just dont have 700+ dollars laying around 🙁

    Anita, I am 53 and an exercise instructor and my kids just bought me a hexagon upper bounce with strong bungees but man, I can't keep up! It's fast but I need to get conditioned and this is awesome for my no cartiledge knees and definitely advanced! I'm so glad I found u. What kind of weight lifting g do u do- heavy, what do u do for your legs for lifting since I can't really squat anymore!
