    I love to do this workout the day after my weekly private Pilates session. That's when my body starts to tighten up after a day of teaching and endless errands… sitting in the car makes everything worse, too. I've been using the SLING SHOT around my thighs during the power walking segments to keep my knees tracking correctly and to remind me to fire my glutes, hold my stomach in and lift my ribs cage off my hips. I love the SLING SHOT. If you have weak hips or back pain due to weak hips, it's a game changer. Check it on Rogue Fitness.

    I just found your channel and I've only done two of your videos so far, but I really like them! I'm just getting back into rebounding for all the fab benefits (and to be a bit gentler on my 50-year-old body!), so I would love more. This combo of walking and rebounding was great! And I usually only work out for a max of 30 minutes, so I would love more 30 minutes or less workouts. Thanks so much for putting your stuff out there!! Hugs!!
