Learn the Proven Science Behind Rebounding!


This is today’s BODYBUILDING workout I did on my Cellerciser rebounder. It targets the ABS and INNER THIGHS. If you follow along, please take time to warm up and down sufficiently to avoid injury. My goal is to use muscles that aren’t too sore and do the most I can in the shortest amount of time! I always have a BLAST jumping and playing on my rebounder and I hope you will too.

    I love all the videos, after losing 40 lbs, I am also trying to work on firming up my body with just the cellerciser. I developed a shoulder issue and can’t do my active Buti yoga, so I brought out my rebounder I bought 4 years ago and I can see a difference in my cellulite. It’s an awesome workout and I’m so happy the word is spreading thanks to y’all, Dave and social media. Keep up the amazing work and thanks for all y’all do. ?
